Apple has launched a limited-edition Diwali AirPods 5 in India, with a festive rangoli engraving and a heart-eyes emoji at its centre on the wireless charging case. It costs ₹17,900 (about $187) — the same as the regular AirPods 5 with Wireless Charging Case — according to Apple’s India online store.
The Special Edition is available from 11 October to 11 November 2026, while supplies last, from Apple Store locations in India, the Apple Store Online and by phone. Apple limits purchases to two units per customer, and the special edition cannot be combined with other AirPods offers or with Business, Education or Corporate Employee Purchase Plan pricing.
Alongside the hardware, Apple is running free Today at Apple rangoli sessions made with artist Arushi Kathuria, where participants draw in Procreate on iPad with Apple Pencil using a custom powder brush built for the experience. MacRumors reports the sessions run from 14 October to 9 November, with selected stops outside India.
Apple notes that if a Special Edition pair needs repair or replacement, it may provide standard AirPods 5 with Wireless Charging Case, subject to supply.
