MacRumors reported that the HomePod mini 2, announced by Apple, contains 2GB of RAM manufactured by SK Hynix. Apple does not list the amount of RAM in its official technical specifications for the smart speaker.

The HomePod mini 2 costs $149 and includes Siri AI (coming in a future software update), a “Sound Glow” light and a four-speaker surround sound system. MacRumors noted that the S10 chip in the Apple Watch Series 10 also pairs with 2GB of RAM.

MacRumors also cited leaked details for a new Apple TV 4K and HomeView, and suggested Apple may release new products on each of the next four Fridays. None of that is confirmed by Apple.
